(How to Use the AMS Website)

QUITE SIMPLY

           1.       Find the goods you want

           2.       Contact Us with the full details

           3.       We will Source the item/s  and advise you of 

                     the delivered  price to your door

           4.       Make your Payment to us at AMS

           5.      We will then Purchase, Procure, Pack & Ship 

                     the goods out to you!

That is all there is to it!

PROCESS Detail:

You have found the items/goods/products you wish to purchase and 

made a note of the FULL DETAILS of each item

1.       You can do this by ‘copying & pasting’ details into a plain text 

          document (Notepad or WordPad)

 or

2.       Directly into the Contact Us email or

3.       Write down (not recommended) the Retailers’ name, item 

          number, colour, size, quantity etc and type it  into an email.

 

4.       Acknowledgement of Request’  email will be sent

   a)       Detailing the items you have ordered – we cannot accept 

             vague or incomplete descriptions

   b)       The total payment now required

   c)       Where & How to make the payment

   d)       Reminder of the Payment Methods Acceptable

 

5.       ‘Acceptance of Order’ email will be sent

   a)       Confirming cleared funds

   b)       Advising you of the placement of your order with 

             retailer/supplier/s

   c)       By this stage it is too late to add to or amend your order

 

6.       Goods Received’ email will be sent

   a)       Confirmation (or not) of your goods arriving at our warehouse

   b)       Expected shipping dates, times & delivery to your door

   c)       All items remain sealed and ‘as delivered’ to us when we load 

             onto transit pallets. We will not/do not open any packages

 

Upon our Receipt of Signed-for Proof of Delivery a

7.       Completion of Contract’ email will be sent

   a)       Thanking you for your Business and a smooth transaction!

   b)       Offering you a %DISCOUNT% on future orders

   c)       Hoping you have found all items received to be of the quality 

             & value you were expecting when buying directly from the UK

Notifications;

Upon receipt of your application, we will send you an  Acknowledgement of

 Request’ email detailing the products you have ordered.   Please be aware that this

 response is not an ‘Order Confirmation’ nor is it an  acceptance of your order  by

 AfricanMovementServices.com

 

1.1          Acknowledgement of Request’:        Details the goods required and their

 availability – the total cost (including shipping where possible) and – a reminder of

 the payment methods available.

 

1.2          Acceptance of Order’:            Acceptance of the order will take place only

 when the correct and full payment into our designated Bank account and the funds

 have ‘cleared’.

 

1.3          Goods Received’:             Confirmation (or not) of the goods arriving at our

 premises/ warehouseAdvice on expected shipping dates, times & delivery to door -

 all items remain sealed and ‘as delivered’ to us

 

1.4          Completion of Contract’:           The contract between you and us will take

 place only when confirmation  of successful delivery (or collection where applicable)
