How to order
Quite Simply...
- 1. Browse & find the goods you want (minimum order value is £100)
- 2. Send us full details by using this secure form or sending all the details via email
- 3. We will source the item(s) and advise you of the delivered price to your door
- 4. Make your payment to UK2Nigeria
- a. via Bank transfer or a deposit to our account
- b. via Debit/ Credit Card
- c. via Paypal
- 5. We will then purchase, procure, pack & ship the good to you!
In More Detail...
Once you have found the item(s) you wish to purchase,
- 1. We strongly recommend using the order form to send the order details to us
- a. Or You can make a note of the full details, then "copy and paste" them into a plain text document (Notepad or Wordpad)
- b. Or Write down (not recommended) the Retailers’ name, item number, colour, size, quantity etc and type it into an email
- 2. Acknowledgement of Request email will be sent
- a. Detailing the items you have ordered – we cannot accept vague or incomplete descriptions
- b. The total payment now required (including shipping costs)
- c. Where & How to make the payment
- d. Reminder of the Payment Methods Acceptable
- 3. Acceptance of Order email will be sent
- a. Confirming cleared funds
- b. Advising you of the placement of your order with retailer/supplier/s
- c. By this stage it is too late to add to or amend your order
- 4. Goods Received email will be sent
- a. Confirming (or not) your goods arriving at our warehouse
- b. Expected shipping dates, times & delivery to your door
- c. All items remain sealed and ‘as delivered’ to us when we load onto transit pallets. We will not/do not open any packages
- 5. Completion of Contract email will be sent (Upon our Receipt of Signed-for Proof of Delivery )
- a. Thanking you for your Business and a smooth transaction!
- b. Offering you a %DISCOUNT% on future orders
- c. Hoping you have found all items received to be of the quality & value you were expecting when buying directly from the UK
